No scrapping here.... this is the first day I've felt more like myself now that the flu is starting to subside. Just left now with a very nasty cough. I don't ever want to go through this again in a hurry, its been pretty cruel. And I want to say thanks for your lovely well-wishes. Thank-you (mwah)
It was great to actually do a full layout again for my travel album.
Its been so long since being caught up with Project Life.
Might do a few more! I've been managing to collect older Basic Grey papers, especially Phresh and Phunky and Sublime.... with a few favourites like Modica and Infuse.... Basic Grey lost the recipe after they created those! And I'm about to loose my camera for not taking clear photos! Grr!
Sketches in Thyme
I was so pleased to get hold of a dvd taken of Paige when she was six years old dancing
in a concert full of adults performing and had very little in the way of photos to
remember it by from back in 2003.
HOWEVER, I took some photos of the screen when the dvd was placed on 'pause'. AND even though the photos are pretty ordinary - weeeell awful quality really - it doesn't matter!! These photos are a precious memory worthy of being scrapped. So into my PL album this week it goes! The dancer Paige is performing with went onto a place with the Victorian College of the Arts . Out of 500 applicants Australia wide, only 30 are selected. and she graduated as their best 3rd year student.
The sketch is really open for scope and prompted to journal over the photo:
